How TestFarm collects and uses personal information.

1. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

TestFarm processes personal information for the following purposes:
Personal information being processed shall not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures such as obtaining separate consent shall be implemented.
• Provision and improvement of services
• User identification and verification
• Statistical analysis and service quality improvement

TestFarm collects only the minimum personal information necessary and may collect the following information:
• Device information (OS version, device model)
• App usage statistics (number of tests completed, usage time)
• Test result data (stored locally)

In principle, personal information shall be destroyed without delay when the purpose of collection and use is achieved.
However, if retention is required by relevant laws, it shall be retained for the period specified by the law.

TestFarm does not provide users' personal information to third parties in principle.
However, exceptions are made when users consent or when required by law.

Personal information shall be destroyed without delay after the purpose of collection and use is achieved.
• Destruction procedure: Information entered by users is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved, stored for a certain period according to internal policies and relevant laws, and then destroyed.
• Destruction method: Personal information stored in electronic file format is deleted using technical methods that make the records irreproducible.

This Privacy Policy is effective from the implementation date, and when there are additions, deletions, or corrections according to laws and policies, the changes will be announced through notices at least 7 days before the implementation of the changes.
