Terms for using the TestFarm service.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between TeleBox Team (the 'Company') and users regarding the use of the TestFarm application (the 'Service').

The terms used in these Terms of Service are defined as follows:
1. 'Service' means the TestFarm application and related services provided by the Company.
2. 'User' means any person who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
3. 'Test' means the psychological test content provided within the Service.

1. These Terms shall be effective for all users who wish to use the Service.
2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate applicable laws.
3. When these Terms are amended, the Company shall provide notice of the changes at least 7 days prior to the effective date.

1. The Company provides the following services:
• Various psychological test content
• Test result analysis and provision
• Test result storage and management
2. The Service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle.
3. The Company may temporarily suspend the Service due to system maintenance, repair, replacement, or other reasons.

1. Users must comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
2. Users shall not engage in the following acts:
• Misappropriation of others' information
• Unauthorized collection or use of the Company's service information
• Intentional interference with the operation of the Company's service
• Publishing or posting obscene, violent messages, or other information contrary to public order and morals

1. All copyrights and intellectual property rights for content within the Service belong to the Company.
2. Users shall not use information obtained through the Service for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it by means of reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or other methods without the Company's prior consent.

1. The Company shall be exempt from liability for providing the Service if it is unable to provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters.
2. The Company shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by users' own fault.
3. The Company shall not be liable for users' failure to obtain or loss of expected profits through the use of the Service.
4. Test results are for reference only and cannot replace medical diagnosis or professional counseling.

1. The Company shall prioritize the handling of complaints and opinions submitted by users.
2. Lawsuits regarding disputes between the Company and users shall be filed with the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
